Learning Is Hard
From the day one is born they are learning. Learning to talk, learning to walk, learning to ride a bike, and learning to learn. Taking in the cues from the environment helps people learn. People learn by viewing their surroundings and adapt. In many cases when learning to do something, one starts to learn another. When learning to ride a bike for example, you also learn to be tough and to never give up. For the first time when one rides a bike they are learning to stay balanced of course it is not always achieved on the first try. You may fall off your bike and get hurt. You could bruise a knee, or get a cut, but you get back up and jump right back to the bike to try again.
Personally I learn by examples. I need a visual aid whether it is a chart, picture, diagram, or a demonstration. Something I can reference. For me learning has always been tough. I have always had a different way of looking at an issue or problem. I usuaaly need extra explanation, I tend to overthink something. When this happens I take a step back and take a breath. I relax and look over the paper or directions again. It is sometimes very hard to learn when there is no explanation. I hate when a teacher say okay go do this. The problem is what are we supposed to be working on. Personally it is very hard for me to not have an explanation.
